Initiating a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at within 15 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.

Return Process:

  1. Once your return is approved, you'll receive prepaid shipping label via email.

  2. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Ship the item(s) within 7 days of receiving the label.

  4. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.

Exchange Process:

  1. Upon approval of your exchange request, you'll receive instructions on how to return the original item(s) and place a new order for the desired item(s).

  2. Follow the return process as outlined above.

  3. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your exchange and send you a confirmation email. Any price difference between the original and exchanged item(s) will be handled accordingly.

Refund and Exchange Exceptions:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return/exchange is due to an error on our part.

  • If the returned item is damaged or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee from the refund amount.
