All orders are fulfilled by Just Jesus Them Ministries, a non-profit organization. We're delighted to serve you and provide you with a seamless shopping experience for all your literary needs. Below, you'll find our straightforward shipping policy:
Shipping Destinations:
We currently offer shipping within all 50 states of the United States and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time:
Once you place an order, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item(s) are shipped. Orders placed after 4:00PM on Monday through Friday or on the weekends will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Methods:
We offer standard shipping for all orders. Our standard shipping option usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery within 48 contiguous states.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated using the USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate system. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you make your payment.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.
Delivery Times:
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or local disruptions. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Delivery Issues:
In the rare event that you encounter any issues with your delivery, contact us at EmojiGospelProject@gmail.com. We will work diligently to assist you and resolve any problems.
Undeliverable Packages:
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Change of Shipping Address:
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us at EmojiGospelProject@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
